Refund policy

Our warranty period is valid for 48 days unless your purchase falls under our extended warranties policy which applies to all solid gold body jewellery (15 months) and the TummyToys® collection (lifetime). If your warranty period has exceeded we regret that we can not offer you a refund or exchange.

 

Replacements (where applicable)

We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged presuming they fall within the product warranty period. If your damaged item is valued under $20 please send us a photo of the broken body jewellery, if the photo shows acceptable evidence of the problem we can pop a replacement in the post for you without you needing to go to the hassle of returning it.

Exchanges (change of mind)

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original heat sealed packaging. To complete your return we request that you first contact us for eligibility, please provide your full name and your order reference if available.

Upon receipt and inspection of your return we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome.

Refunds (where applicable)

If a refund has been approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance to protect yourself in the event of a missing package.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

Please note that refunds can take between 1-3 business days to process (excludes weekends and public holidays). If you haven’t received a refund yet, please double check your bank account again or contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info@thebellyringshop.com.au.
