How to wear: Reverse Belly Rings

Reverse style belly rings are suitable for all types of navel piercings including upper, lower and double and are a great alternative to the traditional fixtures.

  • Step 1: Use a disinfectant hand soap to wash your hands, your navel piercing, and your belly ring.
  • Step 2: Simply unscrew the bottom ball of your belly ring and insert the belly bar shaft through the pierced opening at the top of your navel piercing. Take care not to graze or poke your piercing, take your time to ensure the belly ring gently moves through the piercing until you see it surface within the navel cavity or at the base of your piercing.
  • Step 3: Screw on the top ball, to prevent losing your ball, ensure that the ball is reasonably tight however take care not to over tighten as this could make it difficult to loosen when you next remove the navel jewellery.
