Returns
Yes, we accept returns, even for change of mind. Our items are hygienically dispatched to you in heat sealed plastic sleeves. Please inspect your jewellery prior to opening the sealed sleeve. Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns for 'sizing' or 'change of mind' once the plastic sleeve has been tampered. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.
Worldwide Delivery
FREE delivery applies Australia wide for orders over $50. Free delivery applies for all international orders over $150.
We offer express post options for urgent orders. All orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days. We dispatch at Tweed Heads Post Office, a Gold Coast Metro facility with a fast reliable turn around. Read more about our delivery and return policies on our FAQ page.

This item includes . If your warranty period has exceeded we regret that we can not offer you a refund or exchange.
Replacements (where applicable)
We are happy to replace items if they are defective or damaged presuming they fall within the product warranty period above. If your damaged item is valued under $30 please send us a photo of the broken body jewellery, if the photo shows acceptable evidence of the problem we can pop a replacement in the post for you without you needing to go to the hassle of returning it.
Exchanges (change of mind)
To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original heat sealed packaging. To complete your return we request that you first contact us for eligibility, please provide your full name and your order reference if available.
Upon receipt and inspection of your return we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome.
Refunds (where applicable)
If a refund has been approved, a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 1-3 business days.

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item was damaged or faulty.
Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.
If you are shipping an item over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing insurance to protect yourself in the event of a missing package. Please ensure your return is adequately packed to prevent further damages or lost of jewellery from within the envelope. We recommend using a padded envelope which can be sourced from your local post office.
Can I make changes to my order after it’s been placed?
We do everything we can to fulfill orders quickly, so if you notice an error after purchase we encourage you to contact us as quickly as possible and our team will be happy to assist you further. We are unable to make changes to your order or the delivery address after dispatch so please ensure you submit all your details accurately.
