Returns

Yes, we accept returns, even for change of mind. Our items are hygienically dispatched to you in heat sealed plastic sleeves. Please inspect your jewellery prior to opening the sealed sleeve. Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns for 'sizing' or 'change of mind' once the plastic sleeve has been tampered. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

Worldwide Delivery

FREE delivery applies Australia wide for orders over $50. Free delivery applies for all international orders over $150.

We offer express post options for urgent orders. All orders are typically fulfilled within 1-2 business days. We dispatch at Tweed Heads Post Office, a Gold Coast Metro facility with a fast reliable turn around. Read more about our delivery and return policies on our FAQ page.

New Zealand Delivery Options - From $15 for orders up to $20, $10 for orders over $20 and FREE for orders over $60.

US, UK and Rest of World- From $25 for orders under $20, $18 for orders over $20, $12 for orders over $100. Free for orders over $150.
