Yes, we accept returns, even for change of mind. Our items are hygienically dispatched to you in heat sealed plastic sleeves. Please inspect your jewellery prior to opening the sealed sleeve. Due to hygiene reasons we can not accept returns for 'sizing' or 'change of mind' once the plastic sleeve has been tampered. All returns must be requested within 14 days of receipt.

You can use a jewellery cleaning agent if you have one, but if not, something as simple as dish washing detergent will do the trick, perhaps combining your cleaning with a soft bristle tooth brush to remove any tough built up grit.

Made especially for septum and daith piercings, this eye-catching horizontal clicker ring features two rows of genuine diamonds in different styles. The inner row of pave diamonds provides a continuous band of scintillation, which complements the distinct stones and scalloped settings of the outer row.

The body jewellery is available in four different types of gold, black, white, rose or yellow. Available in 16g, with post lengths between 6.5mm up to 9.5mm.

The clicker has a secure, convenient snap lock mechanism.

Change of Mind: We accept returns for 'change of mind' within 14 days of receipt where the item is unworn, unopened and in its original heat sealed sleeve packaging. Postage is non-refundable.

Damaged Goods: You may be requested to mail the jewellery back to us. On some occassions we accept photographic evidence of broken goods saving you the hassle of going to the post office. We encourage you to email us first for next steps. If available, we will issue you a replacement at no additional cost.
